Creating user personas & organizational hierarchies for Pall’s Next Generation Process Filter revealed broader opportunities to improve the end-to-end & overall product experience well beyond just requested handle redesign.
My research led to improvements in: product packaging & out-of-box experience (OOBE), clearer product identification, and a deeper understanding of how the product is perceived, handled, and used across its lifecycle and users.
