As a Senior UXR, I supported multiple initiatives Onsite enabled remote roof inspections for insurance claims processing using aerial & drone-captured imagery.
allowing adjusters to inspect structures, dramatically reduced risk, time on site, & claim cycle duration.
My task was to independently establish, plan & execute a research program to identify usability gaps, workflow inefficiencies, & opportunities to improve speed, accuracy, and confidence during claims review.
Heuristic evaluations, workflow analysis, interview / 1:1 w/ internal SMEs, enabled early identification of critical task flows & pain points within the image review, anomaly detection, measurement, and quality control processes.
Concept exploration & design proposals efforts contributed to clearer visual hierarchy, reduced cognitive load, more efficient decision-making for adjusters.
