StepOne | Online Wedding Invitation Creation & Ordering
StepOne was a second-shift startup initiative I founded to address gaps in the online wedding invitation market, where couples often struggled to balance customization, ease of use, and end-to-end fulfillment. The platform was conceived to support the full lifecycle of wedding invitations—custom design, event planning, printing, and delivery—within a single, intuitive experience. As the UX Designer and Researcher, I led early discovery and interaction design, creating initial wireframes that defined core workflows such as account sign-up, template selection, customization, editing, saving, and ordering. The work focused on reducing complexity for non-designers, enabling meaningful personalization, and validating interaction patterns that could scale into a production platform for a highly emotional, milestone-driven user experience.
