EagleView | Onsite

EagleView’s AI-powered insurance claims platform, enables insurance adjusters (Farmers, Liberty, AllState) to remotely assess roof damage using aerial & drone imagery, improving inspection speed, accuracy, with confidence, while reducing personal risk’s (BOTG) & claim cycle time.

Starting Point

The application had evolved over time through a collection of separate features and workflows, resulting in an inconsistent interface, varying interaction patterns, and a steeper learning curve for adjusters. The goal of the redesign was to transform this fragmented experience into a more cohesive, modern, and intuitive product while maintaining the functionality required for complex claims workflows.

Finished UI & Implemented UX Research findings

The success of the OnSite UX research & design work established reusable patterns, workflows, and design standards that were carried across EagleView’s broader product portfolio. These improvements helped open opportunities to apply the same user-centered approach to new mobile experiences and targeted applications for specialized customer groups.
